HUWA TRADITION

Huwa Cattle, LLC was founded in 2001 by
Brent and Tonya Huwa, 5th generation ranchers in Keenesburg, Colorado. The entire
family, down to the youngest of their five children, is involved in daily aspects of the ranch. Our herd has grown to over 500 pairs of Angus cattle.

In 2012, they decided to expand their horizons by starting an all natural beef company. Huwa Reserve All Natural Beef’s foundation is based on locally grown, humanely raised beef.

Huwa Reserve meets the needs of consumers by offering a natural, wholesome product that has a deep red color and provides a unique and idea eating experience.

THE DIFFERENCE

Our cattle selected for the program are started in our spacious grass pastures and finished on a 100% vegetarian diet. The animals are never given antibiotics, hormones or steroids. These practices, along with our stringent animal husbandry protocols, create a tender, juicy, highly marbled product. We are proud to feed to our family and friends this product, along with you too!

HAND-CUT AND USDA PROCESSED

UNRIVALED QUALITY

Huwa Reserve All Natural Beef is hand-cut and selected* and then dry aged for 21 days. The dry aging process improves tenderness and adds a unique flavor profile. Our beef is then vacuum packaged, frozen and stored in a temperature controlled freezer until we ship it to you. In order to maintain our products’ integrity, everything is shipped in an insulated cooler with dry ice.

*Huwa Reserve All Natural Beef is processed in a USDA inspected facility.
